Love baking our ciabatta fresh each and every day. We keep experimenting with spices and herbs to create new sandwiches with different flavor profiles. Though these little beauties are just the plain unbaked rolls, sitting during the morning rise, we are experimenting with Italian seasonings such as oregano & basil, as well as Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel spice mix.
